We are seeking a talented and results-driven Group Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our air pollution intelligence group of products. The ideal candidate will be a startup person with a proven track record in taking successful products to market, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping product strategy that results in high-growth self-reinforcing business models. You will build out the product roadmap, ensure market fit, and drive product adoption across diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and communities. About the Role
We're looking for someone who will bring a strong understanding of product development, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering products that solve real-world problems in complex markets (e.g. at the cross section of government, industry, community stakeholders). As the Group Product Manager , you will drive the strategy, development, and launch of a group of innovative products that harness our unique sensing capabilities to address the pressing challenges that air pollution has on our planet and on people.
The ideal candidate is a leader who inspires others, but also a high performer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and executing at all levels of product management, from building out detailed product roadmaps and supporting business research to engaging with users and stakeholders.
You will use your in-depth understanding and research of the market to make critical, evidence-based prioritization decisions that increase our products' adoption. As an experienced product leader, you have mastered the art of influencing without direct authority. You will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with external stakeholders to create products that drive measurable impact.

Pay Transparency
SF Bay Area strongly preferred. The base salary range for this full-time exempt position if located in the SF Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, or Seattle metro region is $160,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and are informed by current market data provided by Carta Total Comp.
Within those ranges, individual pay is determined by exact region and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The hiring manager can share more about the specific salary range for your geographic region during the hiring process. Employee must continue to reside within 90 miles of location used to determine starting salary, otherwise Aclima reserves the right to make regional adjustments to pay.
