This full-time, direct-hire position offers an hourly wage of up to $22 / hr. The Residential Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, security, and valet services in a luxury residential complex.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service : Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for residents and visitors. Assist with inquiries, package deliveries, and provide general information about the property and its amenities.
• Security : Ensure the safety and security of the residential premises by monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents.
• Valet Services : Offer valet parking services to residents and their guests, providing efficient and courteous vehicle handling.
• Rotating Shifts : Must be flexible to work all shifts on a rotating schedule, including AM, Mid, Swing, and Graveyard shifts.
