As an Intern with the Corporate Strategy Team, you may have an opportunity to work on :

• Leverage critical thinking and sharp problem solving skills to support the design & execution of new solutions.
• Demystify complex concepts and data in order to present clear information and narrative trends to executives, teams, and internal partners.
• Manage and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the business.
• Demonstrating creative thinking and initiative geared towards continuous process improvements while working as a team member.
• Building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance and exercising professional skepticism.
• Participating in end-to-end process creation and / or refinements.
• Assisting in creating and delivering executive readouts and presentations.

Youll join us for the Intern Marquee event in July, a unique experience designed exclusively for all US interns. Its your chance to sharpen your professional development skills, build your network through structured networking, and be inspired by our top executive speakers.

You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered. In this hybrid internship, youll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This hybrid internship will be based out of Basking Ridge / NYC. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

In addition to building your skills and experiences, you will be eligible to participate in our robust 401(k) Savings Plan which provides a dollar-for-dollar company match on the first 6% of your contributions as a percentage of your eligible pay. You will also be eligible for holiday pay, as applicable.

The base pay rate for this position for the locations listed on this job requisition is $23.00 / hour.

Where Youll Be Working

In this hybrid role, youll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
