Requirements & Skills : Medical degree from an accredited school Active medical license in the state of practice Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience Current ACLS / BLS certification Strong diagnostic skills and ability to interpret medical tests Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) Skilled in managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity) in older adults Comfortable reading and understanding medical and regulatory information Culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse patient populations Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Calm and effective in emergency situations Resourceful, results-driven, and self-motivated Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Works well independently and across teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with leadership, providers, and health plans Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principles An effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments Is able to work within our environment by facing tasks and challenges with energy and passion Pursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goals
