Job Description :

Overview : As a Paraeducator / Instructional Aide, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide essential support in educational settings. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers in implementing instructional activities, providing individualized attention to students, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role is pivotal in facilitating the academic, social, and emotional development of students, particularly those with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities :

• Support Classroom Instruction :

Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and resources.

Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.

Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the teacher.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to address the diverse needs of students.

Assist with clerical tasks such as record-keeping, grading, and organizing instructional materials.
