Business Analyst

This client is looking for support to legacy products while the subject-matter experts are utilized to aid in discovery and new platform implementation which could include :

o Monitor and take corrective actions to resolve legacy system and legacy application performance issues by working closely with the IT team.

o Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with the different internal and external teams

o Work closely with the funding, marketing, and sales teams to resolve legacy production issues and introduce new enhancements to the existing Originations platform

o Assist other teams (Credit Analysis, Contract Funding, Rates and Program management, process optimization, AIMS, LA, RouteOne etc.) with questions, issues or launches o Audits and ensuring compliance

o Support in decommissioning the existing Originations platform and replacing with modernized platform After initial discovery and requirement details provide analysts who support teams focused on the following :

o Credit Decisioning

o Contract Funding

o Program and Rate Management and Contract Validations

o Integrations with internal and external systems (including RouteOne) (2 teams)

Within the teams, the analysts will be expected to support dedicated Product Managers in the following ways :

• Contribute to and assist as needed all aspects of design, development, administration, and support
• Provide subject matter expertise related to Origination and Funding processes; to Management, internal digital marketing teams, application teams, associated vendors, the client field personnel, and dealers.
• Development of business requirements, regression testing, assist PMs in analyzing and decomposing a big feature into smaller user stories, defect identification and analysis during Iteration release cycles.
• Monitor and take corrective actions to resolve systems and application performance issues.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00 / hr.
