At Vitalize, we are building the OS for hospital operations, starting with staffing & scheduling optimization.

Currently, hospitals' core processes to manage and optimize labor live on paper, spreadsheets, or through departments of 20+ FTEs. Vitalizes's technology transforms these processes from painstakingly tedious to autonomous , freeing up thousands of hours and reducing labor costs by 8-figures.

In less than 6 months, Vitalize has reached 7-figures in ARR and is backed by top investors, including Y Combinator and top health systems.

We are a small team of Stanford, Cambridge, and Columbia dropouts, former math champs, and repeat founders.

About the role

We're hiring for a full-stack engineer to work closely with co-founders and early customers to ship product and iterate fast.

In this role, you have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership over features that with every customer launch will touch thousands of users across the enterprise, and ultimately help health systems operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with co-founders to ship features and meet ambitious customer goals
• Talk to customers and end-users to iterate on product features based on feedback
• Shape the engineering culture and the product roadmap
