Patient 1 - Hoyer Lift in Home / Day Shifts or Overnight Shifts

Schedule 1 : Sunday-Saturday 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm

Acuity : Trach / Vent, Lifting

Schedule 2 : Sunday-Saturday 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am

Age Range : Senior Adult

Acuity : Trach / Vent, Lifting

Patient 2 - Bilingual Spanish a Big Plus

Schedule : Sunday / Saturday 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Monday 5 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Age Range : Infant

Acuity : Low, Feeding Tube

Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN / LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days

Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.

TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

Must have reliable transportation
