Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced FOOD RUNNER to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, from the moment guests arrive to their final farewell. Servers at Casa Pernoi work collaboratively with the beverage, support, and culinary teams to deliver impeccable service while upholding the traditions of fine dining.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to the appropriate guests, ensuring presentation meets chef and service standards

Support the expediting process by coordinating timing and communication between the kitchen and service teams

Maintain awareness of table numbers, guest positions, and menu details to ensure seamless and efficient service

Conduct table maintenance throughout service, including clearing, resetting, and assisting servers as needed

Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen in perfect condition, following the chef’s plating and temperature standards

Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in all service and work areas

Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to both guests and team members to uphold fine dining service standards

Qualifications

Previous "support" experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred

Strong willingness to learn

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

A team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
