Seeking Pet Therapy Volunteers for Hospice Care

We are reaching out to the community in search of compassionate and dedicated pet therapy volunteers who would like to make a difference in the lives of our hospice patients.

At MedCare Hospice, we believe in the therapeutic benefits that pets can provide to individuals facing serious illness. Pet therapy offers comfort, emotional support, and companionship, making a positive impact on the well-being of our patients and their families.

If your pet is not yet certified, we offer assistance in attaining that certification through Alliance of Therapy Dogs and reimburse your certification fees. If your pet is already certified, we can assign you patient(s) that would greatly benefit from your pet's care.
