Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

The primary purpose of the role is the development of investment plans and priorities.

Note: Preference will be given to Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Wahi Ora candidates.

Mōu | About you

You will lead development of Infrastructure Investment Plan Infrastructure planning system and provide investment prioritisation recommendations and advice on allocation of capital funds.

You will undertake analytics to support investment prioritisation both nationally and regionally, as well as oversee the process for development of Site Master Planning process, regional spatial plans, and regional investment plans.

You will be highly motivated and visible leader who can demonstrate leadership & experience in managing diverse functions and teams, preferably with teams spread across wide geographical boundaries and managing a wide range of stakeholders.

You will have a successful track record in delivering and supporting change, performance development, and collaborating effectively at senior levels.

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Long term investment planning for an agency or organisation
• Strategy development and implementation
• Development of major investment proposals
• Strong stakeholder engagement
