This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed

$18.00 per hour; some leasing commission available

Hours are 9am - 6pm with a one-hour, unpaid lunch break.

Responsibilities

  • Looking for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities with no two days being the same!
  • Coordinate Move-In / Move-Outs
  • Assist with leasing of apartments
  • Ensure Models and vacants are in ready to show condition
  • Participate in Off-Site Marketing efforts.
  • Work to support promoting what a great senior community Forest Ridge to prospects and their families.
  • Put your expert organizational skills to use, including creating and finessing processes to achieve efficiency.
  • Experienced in Yardi and / or Knock? Please include this with your application narrative!
  • Work with a seasoned leader in the senior leasing field as well as a full team of committed staff passionate about senior living!
  • Have fun interacting with our residents as well as your colleagues within Wimmer Communities at numerous company events!
