Key Responsibilities

• Develop write and optimize CMM inspection programs based on engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Interpret complex engineering blueprints GD&T specifications and quality standards.
• Set up and fixture parts on CMMs selecting appropriate probes and measurement strategies.
• Execute CMM programs analyze measurement data and generate comprehensive inspection reports.
• Validate CMM programs for accuracy repeatability and efficiency debugging as necessary.
• Perform routine calibration checks and basic maintenance of CMM equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement challenges and improve processes.
