We're looking for a strong, technically adept, and people-first leader who will guide our engineers in delivering innovative, high-quality digital health solutions supporting our members on their GLP-1 journey. This role is critical to ensuring our technology effectively supports both members and care providers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals and translate vision into actionable execution.
• Own and drive technical roadmaps, system architecture, and engineering processes, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.
• Engage in hands-on technical contributions (~5% of your time) through code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimizations.
• Cultivate an engineering culture that values learning, experimentation, and collaboration, empowering engineers to make informed decisions.
• Navigate complex projects within a regulated industry, ensuring security, compliance, and best practices are embedded in all aspects of development.
• Leverage AI tools and collaborate with AI / ML experts to integrate intelligent systems into our platform.
• Make data-driven decisions, continuously improving engineering processes and product outcomes.
• Advocate for modern engineering best practices and help shape the future direction of technology at Omada Health.
