Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, aiming for one-call resolution
Support patients and healthcare providers with inquiries, benefit verification, and issue resolution
Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for service improvements
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare customer service role
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
Understanding of HUB patient journey and workflow is a plus
