About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Product Development to lead our product strategy and execution as we enter an exciting growth phase. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership positions. This role is perfect for a strategic visionary who balances hands-on execution with a focus on enterprise SaaS, especially in geo-spatial, intelligence, or data analytics platforms.

The Senior VP will take charge of driving product innovation within our threat intelligence platform, catering to both commercial and government sectors. You will define and implement a comprehensive product strategy, oversee the product roadmap, and spearhead initiatives aimed at achieving product-market fit.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in dual-use technologies, such as DefenseTech and GovTech, and experience scaling products from early stage to enterprise readiness. Collaboration skills are essential, particularly with engineering, data science, and AI / ML teams. Experience launching successful products in complex B2B environments is highly desired.

Preferred qualifications include a background in startups progressing from Series A to growth stage, familiarity with intelligence, defense, or national security sectors, and strong technical expertise in modern data platforms and real-time analytics.

Leadership abilities are crucial, including the capacity to build and mentor a product team, instill a culture of customer focus, and attract top product talent. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and help shape our mission-driven organization, committed to enhancing global security.
