Role Requirements :

• Radiologist – MD or DO - Outpatient
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Must possess / ability to obtain a Florida Medical License
• Office locations :

38135 Market Square Drive, Suite 104, Zephyrhills, FL 33542

Both locations are Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
