Litigation Associate Attorney (3+ yrs exp)

Kronenberg Law PC, an AV Rated, small trial litigation and insurance defense firm in the Lake Merritt, Oakland, CA area seeks a full-time, self-motivated civil litigation attorney with a minimum of 3 years' civil litigation experience to join our team. We are willing to discuss hybrid / remote or full remote for this position. The ideal candidate will have civil litigation and / or insurance defense experience sufficient to independently handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, expert discovery, motions, pretrial hearings and pretrial preparations. Practice areas include litigation defense in catastrophic personal injury, professional liability, product liability, construction defect, and others.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

Exceptional writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory characteristics of a qualified candidate for this position. Successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of assigned cases including, but not limited to, communication with clients, opposing counsel, the court, and experts; preparing pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; and preparing for and attending hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
