Your opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager Proposal, based in United States, part of NAM Service Organization. As Project Manager Proposal, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations for Sidel Maintenance Portfolio, from business opportunity identification to maintenance contract signature and contract handover to execution team. You will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in identifying the most suitable solution for the customer for new contracts and contract renewal.

Your Mission

Group of functional activities critical for the effective delivery of the project :

• Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
• Work on solutions and relevant proposals for maintenance contract from Sidel Service portfolio, including 3PE management.
• Prepare commercial offers in collaboration with Sales Team for contracts negotiation.
• Define Contract scope, costing, schedule as a baseline for contract execution.
• Application of Legal and Trade Finance aspects, regulations and guidelines, critical for contract preparation.
• Contract finalization including scope of supply, legal, finance and timelines.
• Contribute to contract signature and order confirmation.
• Ensure data collection for contract launch and handover with Project Execution.
