1 Year Contract
Qualification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Duties/Responibilities May Include:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA to address students' specific behavioral, social, or communication goals.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students with autism or behavioral disabilities during instructional and non-instructional times (e.g., classroom, lunch, recess).
• Collect accurate, real-time data on student behaviors and skill acquisition to monitor progress and guide treatment adjustments.
• Use ABA strategies such as positive reinforcement, prompting, task analysis, and error correction consistently across settings.
• Conduct social groups in a variety of school-based settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across the school day.
• Support crisis prevention and de-escalation efforts as needed, following safety protocols and training.
• Communicate with Case Managers and Participate as part of the Child Study Team as needed.
• Communicate with School & Central Administration as needed.
