A company is looking for a Global Controller to lead financial operations and ensure robust financial controls and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and automation
Partner with leadership on financial strategy, compliance, and risk management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; active CPA license required
Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles
Experience in a late-stage private or publicly traded SaaS organization, with a focus on IPO preparation
Deep expertise in US GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and international consolidation
Strong leadership presence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally at the executive level
