Neonatologist needed " Finger Lakes Region

8 24-hour in-house shifts / month, block scheduling; open to commuters

No call or weekend requirements beyond scheduled shifts

Level III NICU; 20 beds; avg. 1,500 deliveries / year, census 13"15

NNP support 24 / 7; covers high-risk deliveries, transport, assessments

Physicians work with strong NICU, nursing, and pediatric sub-specialty teams

Care for critically ill newborns; conventional and HFOV ventilation used

15"20% admissions are outside hospital transports; regional referral center

Candidates must be BC / BE in Neonatology and Pediatrics, NY license (or willing), DEA required before start

No locums or visa sponsorship; new grads eligible if fellowship completed before start

Salary : $250,000"$325,000 DOE, sign-on bonus, relocation, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability), CME, 401k w / match, malpractice with tail, licensure covered
