Engineering Project Release Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Project Release Manager to coordinate and execute critical software and feature releases.

Key Responsibilities

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for release health, quality, and velocity

Analyze raw data from various systems and present metrics to stakeholders, translating technical risks into concise summaries

Act as the point person for release-impacting issues, facilitating discussions and driving consensus among cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Release Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles in software development

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis

Ability to write and execute complex queries in metrics / logging systems like Splunk or SQL

Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) practices

Experience facilitating high-stakes coordination meetings
