About the Role

This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location. Hourly Rate : $21 / hr + annual raise program. Day Shift : 7 am - 4 pm on Monday - Friday. PTO : Paid vacation & sick days. Benefits : Coverage for you as well as your family, company pays 75%.

As a Retail Operations Lead, you will oversee daily retail fulfillment operations while guiding a small team of associates. You'll be responsible for executing daily warehouse activities, following established processes, and working collaboratively with team members to meet key operational metrics. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence in fulfillment and inventory management. This role will report directly to the Retail Operations Supervisor.

In This Role, You Will :

• Execute in-house retail fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time
• Follow retailer partner requirements and compliance standards by adhering to specific retailer playbooks
• Use systems for routing shipments, scanning items, applying labels, and tracking dimensions
• Maintain quality standards in all fulfillment activities
• Contribute to on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery performance targets
• Follow processes designed to minimize errors and chargebacks
• Maintain accuracy in inventory systems, including bin locations and lot tracking
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
