Real Property Management Dairyland is growing, and were looking for a skilled and professional Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping rental properties in top condition, enjoys troubleshooting repairs, and values strong relationships with business partners and tenants. Hours can be flexible, with the opportunity to expand to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair common property issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyperson work.
• Perform routine property maintenance, such as changing furnace filters, checking / replacing smoke & CO detectors, and minor exterior upkeep.
• Identify and address potential maintenance concerns before they become major issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners like plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contractors for specialized repairs.
• Represent RPM Dairyland professionally when visiting propertiespunctuality, politeness, cleanliness, and well-mannered behavior is essential.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any major repair needs to management.
• Work collaboratively with property managers, maintenance coordinators and other RPM Dairyland team members.
