Job Description

Base pay starts at $31.00 Per Hour Shift : Day Shift, Full Time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Driver will be expected to transport, deliver, and / or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers, and / or construction job sites using a tractor-trailer. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service. This position in overnight 2-3 times a week.

• Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with general public, understand highway traffic signs / signals, respond to inquiries and to make entries on reports / records per DOT Reg 391.11
• Complete all assigned delivery routes. Driver will deliver to local construction jobsites and is responsible for manually offloading product
• Address customer questions, issues and concerns in a professional and timely fashion
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times in both actions and personal appearance
• Adhere to Cascade policies and procedures
• Complete all delivery and return documentation accurately and legibly
• Maintain driver logs and inspections
• Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and organized condition
• Uphold all safety practices according to safety handbook and DOT regulations
• Load and unload trucks and assist others with loading and unloading
• Do 5 to 12 stops in Central Washington market
• Will spend 50% time loading / unloading and 50% of the time driving
• Will spend one to two nights out on the road

The US pay for this full-time position is $33.00 - 35.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
