Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : 8-10 hours, all shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 30 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Required to submit

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have : Ability to be on-call as per medical recommendations and respond to home patients' needs

Job Description :

• Provide specialized care in peritoneal dialysis for patients.
• Manage a patient load of 14 peritoneal dialysis patients and 2 home hemodialysis patients.
• Utilize the Darwin charting system effectively.
• Participate in specialized care settings, focusing on post-acute care.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adapt to changing schedules and patient needs as required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in patient and team interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current nursing competencies.
