Position Overview

An Entry Level Installer will support the installation of solar and energy storage systems, mainly at residential sites. Previous experience in solar and energy storage is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and assist in installing both solar and battery projects
• Clean and organize job sites and vehicles
• Competent with emails, texting, and phone apps for daily field reports and company communication
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures
• Continuously want to learn and ask lots of questions
• Communicate effectively with peers and managers
• Basic math skills are needed
• Reliable and prompt
• Maintain a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle
• Help where needed
