Position : Home Health Aide (HHA / CNA)

Location : Based in Port St Lucie, FL

What You’ll Do :

As a Home Health Aide (HHA / CNA), you’ll be a vital part of the care team—supporting patients with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting with personal care, bathing, and hands-on care in accordance with the patient's plan of care
• Accurately and promptly documenting each visit per agency policy
• Notifying the supervising RN of any changes in the patient’s condition
• Note : This role involves multiple short visits throughout the day—not shift work or extended 12-hour cases.
