Adecco is assisting a customer in Coventry, CT who is seeking a CNC Machine Operator — with Aerospace experience,

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (flexible hours)

Assignment Type : 6-month temporary contract (very low likelihood of permanent hire)

Pay : $26 - $32 hour

About the Role :

Our client, a precision aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training. The ideal candidate has strong CNC operating experience and a proven ability to maintain accuracy and consistency producing precision components.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision aerospace components

Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain quality standards

Perform routine inspections of finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules

Qualifications :

Prior CNC operating experience required (no programming or setup required)

Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic are essential

What to Expect :

Minimal training — must be able to step into the role quickly

Consistent weekly schedule, four-day workweek

Temporary assignment with very limited potential for permanent hire

Pay Details : $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
