Freelance Producer (Contract)

Columbus, OH - Onsite, M-F (8 : 30am–5 : 00pm, occasional adjusted hours for shoots)

Duration : 5–6 months (October 15 – March)

Hours : 40 hours / week

Start Date : October 15

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with junior producers, art directors, stylists, photographers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality shoots.
• Lead and manage editorial shoots (on-campus and occasional local off-campus), including set builds, vendor coordination, and overall production logistics.
• Support e-commerce shoots alongside junior producers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage logistical details such as releases, scheduling, and asset tracking; assist with casting when needed.
• Act as a central point of contact during productions—maintaining a calm, solutions-focused demeanor when fielding questions and challenges.
• Attend team meetings and contribute fully to the studio environment as part of the production team.
• Flex between multiple brands under the client’s portfolio, with an emphasis on integrated teamwork.
• Step in across production tasks as needed to keep workflows moving efficiently.
