You will be an integral part of a high-performing multi-disciplinary team developing innovative products from the ground up.

Tocaro Blue is transforming maritime technology by modernizing legacy marine radar systems through innovative software solutions. Our flagship product ProteusCore is an advanced software platform that integrates vessel Radar sensor data with artificial intelligence and machine learning models to deliver real-time situational awareness and support vessel autonomy systems.

Role Summary

Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across multiple platforms. Youll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop designs that engage our audience and strengthen our brand identity.

As our Graphic Designer youll conceptualize and execute visual designs for both digital and print media. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into effective visual communications. Your work will span social media graphics marketing materials presentations web assets video production and more. Youll maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while finding creative ways to push our visual identity forward.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience distilling inherently complex and technical concepts into clear compelling graphics and illustrations. Critically this role demands the ability to create both expert-level technical diagrams and simplified illustrations for general audiences.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visually compelling designs across various media including digital print and promotional materials.

Work collaboratively across the Tocaro Blue team to help iterate and conceptualize technical R&D concepts for internal sharing and socialization.

Quick iteration and responsiveness for creative and task requests.

Uphold and evolve the brand ensuring consistency across all design materials.

Work closely with marketing production and executive teams to support campaigns sales collateral and special projects.

Track projects using project management software and utilize departmental scorecard to ensure accountability for meeting performance targets.

Handle multiple design projects and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Comfortable receiving and applying feedback constructively and with a growth mindset

Values iteration and teamwork to continually improve the quality and impact of designs openly with cross-functional teams to evolve designs based on shared goals.

Comfortable with routine engagement to validate alignment on product vision

Approach creative challenges with innovative solutions that align with company objectives.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premier Pro etc) or equivalent

A strong diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in various design disciplines preferably with automotive marine defense or related industries.

Strong communication time management and adaptability skills; able to work both independently and within a team.

3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.

Nice to have:

Marine Industry experience

Defense Industry experience

Figma experience

Compensation:

$60000 - $80000 salary with potential for incentive equity compensation

401(k) with matching (up to 4% of salary) Health Dental Vision Life Disability Insurance
