Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a modern, high-performance manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance.
Establish and enforce safety goals and standards for the maintenance team.
Implement best-in-class maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Supervise and audit maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Must have Corrugated Packaging experience

Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.

Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety, accountability, and team development.

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.

Experience managing budgets and maintenance planning.

Ability to work in a 24 / 7 operational setting.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
