Key Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a sales and operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies for new and existing markets.
• Manage your own book of businessbuilding long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and distributors.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, and production to deliver accurate quotes, on-time projects, and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee customer service, delivery scheduling, and logistics for smooth daily operations.
• Utilize CRM systems and data analytics for forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
• Review project blueprints and technical documents to support quoting and material selection (AutoCAD experience a plus).
• Partner with leadership to align sales goals and operational efficiency across departments.
