Account Manager

IKM Building Solutions is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our footprint across Wisconsin.

Location : West Allis or Madison, Wisconsin

Position Type : Full-Time | Local Travel Required | FLSA Status : Exempt

As the face of IKM, you'll be our brand stewardbuilding strong client relationships, expanding our market presence, and delivering outcome-based solutions in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fabrication, Service, and Controls.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, your role will include :

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and manufacturing clients
• Identify and close new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
• Promote renewable service agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic, technical proposals
• Track opportunities in CRM and maintain detailed account plans
• Represent IKM at trade shows and industry events
