Job descriptionReading landscape design | construction plans to lay out a project accordingly Sequencing the order of operations for each landscape project from its initial demolition to final polishing Accurately assessing the skills of the crew and delegate tasks accordingly Constructing various hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, and pathways Installing various soft scape elements such as trees, shrubs, and turfgrass Minimum of 1 year of experience managing landscape construction projects Safely pulling trailers and operating landscape construction equipment and tools Ability to pass a preliminary drug screening and background check, including a motor vehicle report Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other areas of our facilities Strength, stamina, mobility, and ability to carry 80 pounds, as well as perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions Associates or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field is a plus!
