Position Overview :

The Maintenance Mechanic ensures continuous equipment effectiveness, builds team capabilities, and acts as a technical coach to line leaders and operators. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving equipment and processes to maximize flexibility and efficiency.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED, with advanced technical or college training.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA Safety Requirements, CMMS, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, belt drives, sprockets, mechanical components, and electrical systems.
• Skills in troubleshooting mechanical equipment and problem analysis.
