Job description5+ years of experience with Akamaii CDN, WAF, and Bot Manager in production environments. E xpertise in caching configuration, CDN performance optimization, and traffic management. Hands-on experience integrating Akamaii with customer-facing web applications and APIs. Knowledge of API security, caching policies, and routing rules. Strong understanding of application performance tuning and Akamaii's front-end impact. Skilled at diagnosing and resolving latency or regional performance issues. Proficient with Akamaii tools (mPulse, Ion, GTM, Control Center). Collaborative with development teams-able to bridge application and infrastructure needs. Strong communicator with leadership potential and an ownership mindset as the Akamaii SME.
