Description :

Provides safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and families.

Utilizes the nursing process to assist patients in attaining, maintaining, regaining, and sustaining optimal health status.

Implements effective relationship-based nursing care.

Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that ensure safe practice and positive care outcomes.

Exhibits clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.

Commits to personal development and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.

Displays leadership that influences positive clinical and operational outcomes.

Performs RN duties as assigned.

Maintains a nurse / patient ratio of 1 : 5 / 1 : 6.

Floating may be required to various inpatient areas.

Compliance with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards is essential.
