Responsibilities

1. Conduct initial consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about new listings, market trends, and transaction progress.
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including staging, photography, and virtual tours.
4. Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
5. Organize and host open houses for listings to attract potential buyers and gather feedback.
6. Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
7. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

1. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
2. Tech-savvy
3. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
4. Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
5. A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Compensation

$50,000 - $150,000 yearly
