Job descriptionAdminister and maintain Active Directory environments across hybrid infrastructure Design and configure internal and external Windows servers Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Manage Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, SharePoint, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V Maintain technical documentation and asset configurations Provide after-hours support and mentor junior IT team members Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in IT administration Strong knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms PowerShell and scripting capabilities Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworks Strong communication skills and attention to documentation Certifications such as Security+, MCSE, or MCITP Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring Prior experience supporting infrastructure in regulated environments Ability to work independently and travel to international sites Medical, Dental & Vision - multiple plan options to fit your needs 401(k) with employer matching - invest in your future with company support Company-paid life insurance & short-term disability Generous PTO, holidays, and sick time - for work-life balance FSA / HSA options - flexible spending for healthcare expenses
Job Title : Windows Systems Administrator / Analyst

Location : Hybrid - 75% remote / 50% onsite in Massachusetts or Connecticut
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Travel : 10~20%
