Job Title : Windows Systems Administrator / Analyst

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location : Hybrid - 75% remote / 50% onsite in Massachusetts or Connecticut

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Travel : 10~20%

What will the Windows Systems Analyst do?

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory environments across hybrid infrastructure
  • Design and configure internal and external Windows servers
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
  • Manage Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, SharePoint, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Maintain technical documentation and asset configurations
  • Provide after-hours support and mentor junior IT team members
  • What the company needs in a Windows Systems Analyst :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration
  • Strong knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
  • Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
  • PowerShell and scripting capabilities
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworks
  • Strong communication skills and attention to documentation
  • Bonus Points :

  • Certifications such as Security+, MCSE, or MCITP
  • Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring
  • Prior experience supporting infrastructure in regulated environments
  • Ability to work independently and travel to international sites
