What You Will Get To Do :
Lead teams supporting fund administration services to clientsSupport multiple client implementations and onboarding eventsCreate, maintain, and / or review distribution waterfall (carried interest) modelsReview fund governing documents, offering documents and investment management agreementsPlan and oversee the preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements, partner capital statements and underlying work papersManage the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the client and auditorsImplement effective processes to improve the overall operationsParticipate in new client business analysis with prospects and existing clientsWhat You Will Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field12+ years' experience in Private Equity / Real Assets fund accounting3+ years' experience supervising, training, delegating and managing large teamsCPA designation and / or MBA preferredHands-on management style with strong leadership skills and ability to develop staffExcellent client relationship and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills requiredThank you for your interest in SS&C!
