We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Motorcycle Technician to join our high-performing service team.

Job Summary

The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality work with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and custom installations
  • Complete performance upgrades
  • Maintain proper documentation of services performed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of motorcycle technician experience (Harley-Davidson preferred)
  • MMI graduate or equivalent technical training a plus
  • Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
  • Must provide own basic tools
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
