This is an in-person position in Amherst NY offering exposure to diverse industries and complex tax structures while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.

Responsibilities :

• Review complex tax returns including 990s 1041s trusts estates partnerships and S-corporations
• Review related individual tax returns associated with partnerships and other entities
• Collaborate closely with leadership to manage client engagements and ensure timely accurate deliverables
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients providing guidance planning and clear communication
• Mentor and support junior tax staff through review notes training and day-to-day guidance
• Assist with workflow management to help balance deadlines and workloads throughout the year
• Participate in tax planning research and strategic initiatives to enhance client service
• Support a professional collaborative and team-focused culture - fun team activities included!
