A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video conferencing solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve complex support issues reported by customers and team members
Maintain clear communication and manage customer expectations
Provide feedback on trends and assist in creating knowledge base documentation
Required Qualifications :
Expert knowledge of video conferencing and AV products
Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
Strong understanding of video conferencing applications like Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet
Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electronic and Communication Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in a technical support capacity with strong troubleshooting skills
