Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems (company vehicle provided).
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, inventory control, and contracted maintenance oversight.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to optimize HVAC and associated equipment performance.
