We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Heavy Equipment Technician

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

Job Description :

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy equipment

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns

Collaborate with other technicians to resolve technical issues and improve efficiency

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in heavy equipment maintenance and repair

Required Skills and Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair; certification in a related trade (e.g. HVAC, electrical) an asset

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
