Providing services for adults, children, and families with Medicaid coverage, Greater Lakes offers 6 convenient mental health care locations including a 16-bed inpatient facility covering medically necessary voluntary and involuntary services to adults. MultiCare Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving and well-supported behavioral health team. This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program, delivering field-based care to adults (ages 18–59) facing serious behavioral health and substance use challenges.

Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program provides outreach-based treatment services to individuals with serious behavioral health challenges including substance use disorder (SUD). This multidisciplinary teams can provide SUD, medical, rehabilitative, and peer services in the field to individuals who lack consistent access to these vital services.

Position Highlights

FTE : 0.8 (32 hours / week)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours

Location : Greater Lakes Main Building, Lakewood, WA (with community-based outreach)

Starting Salary Range : $109,587.20–$129,111.60 annually (based on 0.8 FTE)

Requirements

Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP

Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment

Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience providing direct patient care

DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Maintain a valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
