Internship Opportunity At Whataburger

Welcome to Whataburger Careers! This internship provides exposure to the Franchise Governance Operating Model and offers experience in supporting franchise operations. This intern will assist in maintaining franchise processes, tools, templates, resources, and compiling data and reports. This role will also support compliance initiatives and will participate in ongoing projects.

Responsibilities :

• Provides consultation and guidance to franchisees and internal stakeholders.
• Maintains and analyzes complex data, trends, and risks to inform decision-making.
• Performs a variety of transactional, repeatable, administrative tasks.
• Maintains the Ops Manual and franchise portal for the Franchise System.
• Oversees franchisee adherence and the administration of reporting processes, compliance, and documentation procedures.
• Creates e-mails, reports, documents, agendas, action items, and presentations as required to help move business decisions forward.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in college and have completed a minimum of 80 hours. Equivalent experience to an Associate's degree.

Experience : 0 3 months experience.
