BayCare is looking for its next Business Analyst Revenue Cycle & Process Improvement! If you have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You'll Do in This Role :

• Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Audit and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Document processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support major projects, process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and productivity analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Review vendor contracts and perform comparative analysis.
• Deliver presentations and training to directors and VP-level stakeholders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
